The machine is composed of box, head, transformer and controller.
Box: welded by angle steel and plate. The front is equipped with aluminum oxide panel, and the back door can be opened. There are wheels at the bottom for easy movement, and two rear wheels with brakes.
Machine head: transfer machine head, static machine head. When stepping on the foot, the movable electrode will open to the left. Press the pressure bar down. The electrode holder clamps the weldment in the electrode. Release the spring whip of the pedal and pressure the weldment.
Welding transformer: input voltage is regulated by thyristor.
Controller: control welding size and welding time.

- UN1 butt welding machine is a single-phase AC resistance butt welding machine. The output power is adjusted by changing the input voltage of the transformer. The machine is spring pressurized, and the controller controls the welding current time. The butt welding machine can butt with various conventional metals, such as common ferrous metals, ordinary steel wire, stainless steel wire, galvanized steel wire, copper wire, aluminum wire and other non-ferrous metals, and even titanium alloy wire. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance. It is suitable for wire drawing, cable and metal wire production.
- UN3 series welders are applicable to the abutting joint with the steel, iron, copper and aluminum wires.
