DR Series Capacitor Discharge Cookware Spot Welder For Energy Storage Spot Welding Machine
DR energy storage spot welding machine uses the power frequency single-phase AC to charge the capacitor through the rectifier module, and then discharges to the primary pulse transformer through the thyristor. The instantaneous pulse current is generated in the secondary pulse transformer, and the resistance heat is generated at the welding place to melt the metal at the welding place, and the welding is formed under the action of pressure. It is mainly used to weld nonferrous metals, precious metal wires, and other components. It can be used to spot weld components of different materials and thicknesses due to its concentrated heat and short welding time.
