Gantry Transistor Lithium Battery Spot Welding Machine IST-5000 is designed for mass production of power battery pack.
1. Adopts medium frequency DC inverter to control the welding power, which can realize small-scale, high-efficiency and high-output welding.
2. With the function of setting and detection of welding current continuously and switching between the 64 stored welding parameters.
3. Real-time control the welding quality and ensure the welding quality.
4. Current slowing up and down, also output 2 sections current.
Product features
1. Induct load voltage and control constant current by feedback to realize high-quality welding.
2. The power on mode of pre heat and main heat shall be preheated before welding to ensure stable welding quality.
3. Maintain the continuity of energy density, shorten the welding time, and reduce the deformation and discoloration of base metal (the welding time is controlled in microsecond unit and the mode of continuous output).
4. Easy to change from low current to high current, suitable for precision welding.
5. The upper and lower limits of current can be set to simply judge whether the welding quality is good or not. It is suitable for welding automation instruments.
6. The welding current increases with the power on time to ensure the welding results.
