ZVF-T mediate frequency DC universal spot welder controller
ZVF-T series mediate frequency AC universal seat point controller is used for matching with seat spot welding machine. The controller is equipped with 7-inch LCD, which is easy to operate. At the same time, the control mode of spot welding and seam welding is integrated to switch freely through the display screen. It has the functions of three-stage welding, current rising and falling slowly, solder joint counting, current monitoring, programmable output, current step-by-step, pressure curve output and so on. A variety of 400a-3600a current specifications are available to meet the needs of different welding processes of users. It can access Zwelder welding quality management software through Ethernet to realize the real-time acquisition and storage of key data such as welding current, and the welding quality can be traced.
